1. School Project:
Establishing a school in Local Area, First of all we shall have to make a project plan for the
school. A school of Primary Education & Secondary is the great Project for the local
Community, because a standardized primary and basic education is necessary for the Children.

We should have to build a Primary & Secondary Education Institute. Where we employee well
Educated and Professional Teachers. We Construct the Educational Complex with well equipped
Labs. We have to construct two different Sections Primary Section and Secondary Section.
Administration Department is also build for the better administration of the school teachers and
students.

From next Year we also have Income in Shape of School Fee (tuition fee, examination fee etc.)
taken from Students, so next year’s budget is derived from estimate of that income and any other
source.

3. Leadership Style

Authoritarian leadership:
The authoritarian leadership style keeps main emphasis on the distinction of the authoritarian
leader and their followers. These types of leaders make sure to only create a
distinct professional relationship. Direct supervision is what they believe to be key in
maintaining a successful environment and follower ship. Authoritarian leadership styles often
follow the vision of those that are in control, and may not necessarily be compatible with those
that are being led. Authoritarian leaders have a focus on efficiency, as other styles, such as a
democratic style, may be seen as a hindrance on progress.
4. Implementation of Rules & Regulations
Teachers should have to strictly follow Rules. If some of teachers are not following the rules In
charge of the School Should have to issue Show Cause notices or explanations to them , after
their explanations administration can punish them for their acts regarding breaking if rules.
Punishments and fine is the best way to tackle the situation.
