KHP series horizontal axially split,
multi-stage centrifugal pump. Based
on an innovative hydrodynamic model
and developed by the method of
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD),
the KHP series is designed for high
efficiency, rigidity, durability and easy
maintenance.

APPLICATIONS:
Applicable for crude oil delivery and high-pressure water supply
Designation of Type in oil fields; also for handling clean water and liquids mechanically
and chemically similar to water. The maximum temperature of
the delivered liquid shall not exceed 150℃. The wide range of
applications makes it the best choice for high pressure services in

z Axially split casing — suction and discharge nozzles located on the lower half casing, easy to assemble and maintain;

z Double volute chamber design — radial hydrodynamic forces equalized for durability of bearing and mechanical seal;

z High efficiency — innovative hydrodynamic model and compact flow passage design applied;

z Heavy duty bolts — effectively preventing casing distortion and leakages between individual stages;

z Balancing tests — impeller single face balanced; Rotor double face dynamically balanced;

z Impellers arranged in opposed groups — axial forces automatically equalized;

z Great anti-cavitation ability — first stage impeller with great anti-cavitation ability applied;

z Reliable bearing and transmission — SKF angular contact ball bearing and deep groove ball bearing are applied to
balance forces on shaft; Diaphragm coupling is applied to ensure low vibration and effective transmission;

z Near centerline installation — for handling liquids of higher temperature;

z Reliable shaft seal — cartridge bellows type mechanical seal with hydro cyclone applied, internal flushing structure, no
need for external seal liquid supply system; long service lifetime.

z Monitoring — vibration detector and temperature monitor located in the bearing housing for real time monitoring;

z Conform to API 610


Guangdong Foshan Pump Factory has more than 350 sets of
machine tools and detecting equipments, mostly imported, and
advanced computerized numerical control (CNC) machines and
equipments. The cold working equipments include
CK61125AX5000 CNC lathes, TJK6216A ground type CNC
boring/milling machines, DVT 400X25/32 4m double post vertical
lathes, 6m lathes, grinding machine imported from Swiss, TK6511
boring/milling machine and water pump paint spray kits, etc.; The
riveting/welding machines are 500t oil hydraulic press, cutter with
photoelectric tracer imported from Germany and plasma cutter,

etc.; the casting equipments include air setting resin sand casting
kits imported from Japan, 5t CNC cupola and 500kg intermediate
frequency furnace, etc.; equipments for mechanical and chemical
tests include ARL3460S type alloy spectrum analyzer, etc.;
detecting equipments include liquid ring pump test console, test
console for B grade pump and metallographic microscope, etc..
The above-mentioned equipments have been proved sufficient
and effective in the manufacturing process including casting, part
processing, assembling and testing.
