Morning Afternoon Evening

I usually get up at 6.00 am. I take a cold shower at 6.05 am and I brush my
teeth. Then, I get dressed at 6.12 am. I have breakfast at 6:45 am. I go to
work at 7.00 am. I have lunch at 12.30 pm. with my co-workers. Later, I go
back to work at 1.00 pm. When I finish work, I go home at 5.00 pm. I arrive
there at 6.00 pm. Then, from 6.30 to 7.50 pm. I go to Gym I take a shower. I
have dinner at 8.20 pm. Finally, I brush my teeth at 8.40 pm. and I go to
bed at 9.30 pm.
