About us
Vsi Razom – All Together is a volunteer-based community group raising funds for Ukraine. We are
providing humanitarian aid to people affected by the war in Ukraine and supporting the ones who
are arriving in the UK and the ones who are already in the UK.
We started collecting donations when the war first broke out in Ukraine. To date, we have so far
sent 5 Arctic truckloads of donations into central Ukraine and as many van loads. These donations
are the only help these towns have received since the war broke out in February.
We are currently in the motions of setting up a community hub for our Ukrainian guests in Bracknell
town center where they can come and get any support they need, take English lessons, get help with
applying for a job or to just come and have a coffee.
To carry on our efforts, we need to raise funds. Our company is hosting a 3-day fundraising festival
beginning July 29, 2022, at Peacock Farm Pub in Bracknell. We are delighted to invite you to be one
of the sponsors of our event.
Funding
This festival is our first big event and we hope it will help us to raise the necessary funds. This is a
ticketed event and we are estimating between 700 - 1000 people per day in and around.
Our budget for this festival is £17,000 and we really need the support of local organisations,
companies, and individuals to meet our target and make sure we have a great event in our town. We
have a small team of dedicated volunteers who fundraise, plan, organise and make the festival
happen, none of whom are paid. The Festival is a standalone event, it is not a funded event, which is
why your support is really needed and appreciated.
Supporting this event will provide a great opportunity for your business to reach a large local
audience both at the festival and online.
If you agree to sponsor our event, we'd be able to organize this event on a large scale. You'd also gain
a lot of benefits in return by sponsoring us. All the benefits on your end will be discussed in detail in
the proposal below.
