6. 100% charges of the price of 1 (one) night: if the cancellation is made within 7 ( days ) prior to the guest arrival.
7. In the event of a late cancellation, we regret that pre payments will not be able to be returned
due to forward purchasing made and loss of subsequent profit.

9. Cottage’s is/ are occupied based on capacity as stated above, additional person for over/ additional capacity
will be automatically chargeable or must use an Extra Bed

11. Non - guarantee reservation will be automatically released 3 Days prior to your arrival.
