PRIZE DRAW MECHANICS

The prize draw is open to all. Nevertheless, qualified to join are all those who have purchased and paid
their ticket/s within the selling period.
The selling period is from March 05, 2022 to April 30, 2022.
The participant should fill out the pre-numbered coupon with Complete Name, Address and Contact
Number.
Perforated stub portions of all tickets will be inserted/dropped immediately right before the draw
proper.
The Prize Draw Committee has the right to adjust the herein aforesaid rules as it deems fit depending on
the situation during the raffling of the prize and upon prior approval of the Steering and Executive
Committee, to ensure efficiency and continued fair play.

PRIZE DRAW
The prize draw will be held at Saint Michael Academy on May 01, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
The prize draw will be streamed on FB or any social media platform, and the physical presence of the
participant is not required.
The winners will be randomly generated thru the drawing pool or tambiolo.
Multiple entries in a prize draw have the chance to win more than one prize. The winning entry number
is removed from the drawing pool or tambiolo. The remaining entries purchased by the same person are
still eligible for winning the remaining prizes. Moreso, minor prize winners are still eligible to win the
major prize draw.
In order to validate a winning entry, a manual check shall be done by the Prize Draw Committee to see if
the randomly generated numbers are in fact included in the final list of raffle entries.
All winners will be informed via the contact number provided.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES
Winners must claim their prizes from the receipt of notification which includes the designated place to
claim prizes.
Winners should present the text message notifying them of their winning and any valid ID upon claiming
of prizes.
In any case, the winner will send a representative to claim the prize, in addition to the documents being
required from the winner, the representative should provide an authorization letter and any valid ID.
If the winning ticket is named after a minor, a parent or legal guardian will be required to claim the
major prizes.
Awarding of prizes shall be documented via streaming on FB or any social media platform.
The Steering and Executive Committee reserves the right to refuse invalid, questionable, tampered, torn
documents presented or any circumstances that would cast doubt on the identity of the winners.
All prize taxes are to be shouldered by the winners, including other incidental expenses.
Prizes are convertible to cash equivalent to the market value as may be determined by the Prize Draw
Committee except for gift certificates.
Prizes are not convertible to any other item.
Prizes are transferable provided that the winner will submit a written endorsement letter and any valid
ID of the winner to the Prize Draw Committee. The nominated recipient must be able to satisfy the
requirements for the claiming of the prize.

For the major prizes, a person can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, the winner will get
the prize with the higher value and another will be drawn for the forfeited lower value prize.
For the consolation prizes, a person can win as many prizes as he won.
