Documentary Trailer Questions

By now, you should have all of the knowledge of camera angles, editing,
music/sound, art direction, and persuasive techniques that you need to get started
on the plan for your Documentary Trailer. In your groups, answer the four questions
below. We will be checking that you have a solid plan for your trailer before you
begin filming. Please ask Mr. Ball or Mr. Collins if you have any questions.

#1) What is your Documentary topic and intended message? What are you trying to say
in your film?

#2) What resources do you have amongst your group? What are each person’s skills and
familiarity with technology?

#3) What is the intended audience? Are you a part of the audience or not?

#4) What is the reality that you intent to construct in your documentary? What setting are
you going to use?
