Day 3: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Be on time for the sessions.

the training with output.
Attendance
• Zoom will automatically record your attendance log in the
three-day INSET.
• The PEAC Host will also manually check and monitor your
attendance in Zoom.
• There is no need to accomplish any attendance form.
• The PEAC Host has the option to put the participant in the
waiting room or remove from the meeting if the participant is
distracting, disruptive, uncooperative or has been idle for 15
minutes or more during the sessions without any notice.
Other House Rules
• Mute your microphone during the sessions.
• Use the Raise Hand button and unmute your microphone when
you want to ask a question to the trainer or answer a question.
• Send a DM (Direct Message) to the PEAC Host in the Chatbox if
your query should be addressed to the secretariat.
• Participants should keep their videos on during the sessions. The
PEAC Host monitors your attendance. You may stop your video
during the breaks.
• Your name in the Zoom video should match your registered name
in the INSET.
Data Privacy Guidelines
• The sessions may be recorded for PEAC use only.
• If you do not consent to being included in the class
picture, stop your video when the photo is taken.
• Your real names are displayed in your video and PEAC
recommends using a virtual background while in
training.
• Refrain from taking screen shots when in Gallery View.
Joining the Breakout Room
• A participant can only join the breakout room he/she is
assigned to.
• When a participant leaves the breakout room or gets
disconnected, he/she can re-join by clicking the Join Breakout
Room icon shown below.
Breakout Rooms
• Once assigned to a breakout room, participants must indicate
their room number before their name by renaming it in their
Zoom video. (e.g., 1-Juan dela Cruz or 2-Maria Cruz)
• Participants are expected to accomplish the required workshop
outputs or participate in the activity when they are sent to the
breakout rooms.
• A message may be flashed in your breakout room for updates or
reminders.
Power/Internet Interruption
In case the trainer gets disconnected due to a power or
internet interruption, please stand by.
Evaluation Form
• An online evaluation will be conducted by PEAC on
Day 3 afternoon.
• The link to the evaluation form will be launched by
the PEAC Host in the Chatbox.

• Participants who attended the INSET with at least 75%
accumulated attendance log (excluding lunch break) or
equivalent to 14 hours of the total session hours will
receive their Certificate of Attendance (COA) in 2-3 weeks
via email.
• Make sure you are logged in to Zoom using your own
Zoom account with your name similar to your registered
name in the INSET.
Certificate of Completion
• The Certificate of Completion (COC) with CPD credit units will be
emailed to licensed professional teachers who have at least 75%
accumulated attendance log and submitted the required
workshop output.
• LET passers before and during the scheduled INSET run are
eligible to receive the Certificate of Completion.
• LET passers after the scheduled INSET run are not eligible to
