At the onset, the Chairman welcomed the members of the meeting of BOS. Following
deliberations were made as per the items of the circulated agenda:

1.1 To confirm the minutes of BOS meeting held on 02-04-2014.

Minutes of the meeting held on 02-04-2014 were circulated to all the members. The
members confirmed the minutes.

1.2 To approve examiners for UG/PG courses for the session 2015-16.
The members deliberated and approved the following list of examiners for academic

1.4 Any other item with the permission of Chair

Prof. Navdeep Malhotra suggested that the intake of seats in existing M.Tech. course
may be enhanced from present strength of 18. After detailed deliberation, it was decided to
pursue further.
