The German diplomas are further divided as :

Goethe-Zertifikat - This covers certification for

Level A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2

German offers diploma for kids from age group 11 to 16 years for
Goethe-Zertifikat

Level A1, A2, B1, B2

Goethe-Zertifikats A1 through C2 are valid for lifetime. However if using for

academic or work opportunities, many institutions and employers expect the
certification that is not more than 2 years old.

Do I Get a Course completion certificate?

Yes, you would be given a course completion certificate post completion of the level
with a bare minimum attendance.
Will i get the class recording ?
All Class recordings are available on Multibhashi web app
Does the syllabus helps to prepare for the certification exam ?
Yes, the curriculum is inclined toward helping students prepare for the certification
exam.
Will the trainer be Native or of Indian Origin?
The Certified trainer would be of Indian origin for the above-mentioned course, the
charges would be different for native trainers.

Terms and conditions

●On enrollment,the trainee will be given subscription for all the ongoing
and upcoming batches for the specified duration.

●The allocation of a trainer for a batch would be done by the company

based on the availability and qualification of the trainer. While trainee's can
give their preference, we do not assure that the same trainer will be
assigned for classes.

●The company is authorised to cancel/dissolve an ongoing batch in case of

poor attendance of the trainees.

●The company can delay a start date of proposed batch depending on the
number of enrollments

● The sessions will be conducted through Multibhashi web application. The

trainee can see and log in to the sessions using this platform. Any requests
for conducting sessions on alternate platforms will not be entertained.

●The study material provided by the company is online and cannot be

downloaded or printed. However, on request, we can recommend third-
party books and other practice materials that can be bought online.

●The users should strictly refrain from sharing personal details or payment-
related details with the trainers/other users. If the user is found in breach of
this rule, the company is authorized to discontinue the student.

●If a trainer joins the class late and the trainees continue with the class

then the trainer will either extend the class timing for the same class or
will

devote extra time in subsequent classes.The trainee can call the trainer
using the call option on the app next to the trainer name.

Terms and conditions

● Any delay due to technical issues from the company's end, the trainer will
either extend the class timings for the same class or will devote extra time
in subsequent classes. If the technical issues last more than 10 mins the
class will be cancelled and the company will provide a replacement class
for the trainee.

●Course completion certificates will only be offered to those trainees who

complete 80% of the classes in a single batch. A trainee can attend

multiple batches but cannot combine the classes attended in different

batches for being eligible for a certificate

● Extra fee would be charged for the assesement and the same score
would be displayed on the certificate(this is completely the trainee's choice
and requirement).

● Frequency of the Weekday batches would be proposed from Monday to

Friday.

● It is Mandatory to attend the Web App Orientation for the trainee before
starting the classes.

● Company will not be liable for any missed classes due to any technical
issue , if the trainee has not attended the orientation.

Refund policies
Refunds cannot be processed in the below scenarios
● If the trainee has completed one or more batches with us and the trainee is
insisting on a particular trainer for the next level who is either not qualified or not
available for a particular batch

● If the trainee is attending the batch at the particular timing , and demanding for
the time change for the same/next level.

●If the trainee does not attend any classes in the subscription batches without any
prior intimation and also we would not be able to extend the subscription period

● When it has been 3 days or more since we have given the subscription.
