• PhD specialization in OB and HRM domains
• Academic experience of more than 5 years in HRM domain at tier-1 colleges
Knowledge of:
• Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour course content
• Latest industry developments and exposures
• Relevant academic resources and data sets
• Published research and other scholarly activities
• Course designing and teaching methodologies
Skills:
• Basic computer skills to maintain students’ performance and curriculum database
• Analytical writing for academic purposes
• Problem solving to induce learning through case study discussions
• Inter personal and presentation skills
• Time management to complete course content
Ability to:
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions with over 70 students
• Conduct live research projects and publications
• Cater to individual student queries
• Provide effective feedback to the students

Physical Demands:
While performing the role, the professor is required to work for long hours which would include sitting/standing throughout the session.
The job involves addressing large groups of students for elongated hours.
