    I, MICHAEL J. SAQUITAN, Punong Barangay of Barangay Molino II, wrote this letter to
    seek your official permission to allow our Cctv Installer/Technicians use the perimeter
    wall fence of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – Bacoor for to conduct of Fiber
    Optic Cable Laying in connection to the existing cctv’s located at Greenvalley Molino II
    roads. This will happen in June 6-7, 2022.
