OBJECTIVES:

To study the nature and facts about environment.


 To finding and implementing scientific, technological, economic and political
solutions to environmental problems.
 To study the interrelationship between living organism and environment.
 To appreciate the importance of environment by assessing its impact on the
human world; envision the surrounding environment, its functions and its value.
 To study the dynamic processes and understand the features of the earth’s interior
and surface.
 To study the integrated themes and biodiversity, natural resources, pollution
control and waste management.

POLICIES AND CRITERIA IN ENVIROMENTAL SCIENCE & ENGG
1. Because of Pandemic Crisis (Level 1), ENSC 20122 subject is an Online
class and need to research and report your topic as by group. Group
reporting according to our syllabus per module.

2. In reporting your assigned module, it should be submitted first in a Word


format, 8.5” x 13” long bond paper size with title block and border lines and
the deadline of submission of your module report will be a day before our
next meeting period.

3. Kindly submit in your assigned module folder files, it will be sent to our only
in my gmail account at Carmelitadurias@gmail,com

4. Just open your MS Teams Section File, proceed and open your folder file
then save in all your module, assignments, quizzes and exams.

5. In checking your Module/Exams/Quizzes, strictly following all these criteria:

In Group reporting:
a. Presentation = 30%
b. Preparation/Participation = 25%
c. Attendance = 20%
d. Module Completeness = 25%
100%
For the Grading System:
a. Reporting = 40%
b. Quizzes = 25%
c. Examination = 35%
100%

6. During reporting then anyone from the reporter is absent, no online


attendance/ appearance, no grade in reporting (40%) on your grade

7. In taking Online Quizzes and Exams, all students are advised to have own
computer desktop or laptop and deadline of submission must be same day
till 12Midnight at MS Teams Folder files.
