Mass Changes to Purchasing Info

With this app, you can manage multiple purchasing info records simultaneously. You
can manage the purchasing info records throughOnline and Offline modes.

Using the Online mode, you can update multiple purchasing info records general
data and purchase organization data using the tabs Purchasing Info
Records and Purchasing Organization in one go from the app list view. You can
also change the prices for purchasing info records using the change price feature
under the tab Purchasing Organization.

Using the Offline mode, you can create, update, and delete multiple purchasing info
records in one go using Microsoft Excel.

Additionally, you can view the change logs to verify the status of the changes made.

Key Features

• Online Mode

Select the purchasing info records that need to be changed. The Mass
Edit button allows you to set new values to fields such as deletion indicator,
short text, supplier material number, supplier material group, earlier supplier,
and regular supplier.

• Change prices in one or more purchasing info records.

• The Apply Mass Changes button allows you to make the necessary changes
to the selected purchasing info records.

• Navigate to various object pages:

o Navigate to the object page to view contextual information related to the

supplier

o Navigate to the object page to view contextual information related to the

material

o Navigate to the object page to view contextual information related to

purchasing info records

Instead of clicking Application Jobs, you can directly click the Monitor Mass
Changes Purchasing Info Records app, to monitor the status of jobs.

• Offline Mode

Download purchasing info records information in Microsoft Excel file format.
