If you are interest in visiting a Health provider within the Network, you must contact MDabroad by phone
or email depending on your needs.

MDabroad operates 24 hours a day through the following local line: +1 (829) 9567558. It is recommended
to give notice of a medical episode prior been assisted in a medical center, therefore MDabroad can
manage what is necessary before attending any medical center. It is helpful to communicate with Aetna
credential in hand, to avoid delays.

For needs without urgent or scheduled care, you can write to operations@mdabroad.com. The minimum
requirements to be provided are the member's full name, date of birth, policy number, symptom /
diagnosis, and procedure for which coverage is requested. Costs and medical notes may be required.

MDabroad has a limited autonomy through which they can authorize procedures immediately, given that
members are part of the benefit plan that corresponds to Barrick Gold as an affiliated group. If you need
an extension, it will be processed under Aetna`s review.
