ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
• JUPAS applicants must satisfy the University’s General Entrance Requirements with
Level 3 in English Language, Chinese Language and two Elective subjects; and
Level 2 in Mathematics and Liberal Studies.
• All HKDSE subjects carry the same weighting in our admission selection.
• Only Band A applicants will be considered for admission. Selected Band A applicants may
be invited to attend a group interview upon release of HKDSE results.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES
The Scheme programme prepares our students to be
professionally competent, versatile, adaptive and reflective
to meet the fast-changing needs of society.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Students admitted to the Scheme programme will complete
a common curriculum in year one. After they declare the
target awards at the end of first year study and subject to
further assessment, they will be admitted to one of the
following awards:
• BA (Hons) in Social Work; or
• BA (Hons) in Social Policy and Social Entrepreneurship
OVERSEAS STUDY OPPORTUNITIES
Other than regular courses, students are given other learning
experiences by participating in:
• placement/attachment in local, Mainland China or overseas
organizations,
• outbound exchange programmes,
• study tours, etc.
