Two days ago, my college/hostel administration blocked social networking sites and
few email services too, like Hotmail (not Gmail) so I got little trouble in my
blogging. You know it very well, How Can a Professional blogger live without Social
Networking sites?

I used proxy software but still I got trouble regarding my internet speed and
finally I observed that they speed up Internet speed after blocking those sites.
They think, Students waste their time on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc but they
don�t know how it is powerful for a student! When they blocked those sites on Wi-
Fi, I got shocked because I am attached with blogging and my online business too
and I thought it�ll go down and I scared a lot because I do business deal with my
clients (Clients from Outside India) on Social Media sites as well as via email. So
I searched Google, spent some time on research and studied a lot and finally I came
across with permanent solution of my problem that�s why I decided to share this
knowledge with you so that you can also get benefits from it; I think- it is common
problem with all Students of any Indian University or college or hostels.blocked

What is Wi-Fi Network?

Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) that satisfies IEEE standard (802.11 or 802.11
a/b/g/n) to provide wireless data exchange over a network of computer. Wi-Fi is
also used to connect to internet within certain defined range. Following devices
are used to connect to Internet via Wi-Fi network connection:

Personal Computer
Smartphone
Tablet
Video game Console

However, Router works as receiver and transmitter to receive and transmit signal
from service provider and clients respectively.

(i). Replace �http� to �https�

It is very easier and basic one to open blocked sites. You need to replace �http�
of any URL to �https� and blocked site will be opened.

For Example:

https://www.facebook.com, instead of http://www.facebook.com

(ii). Funny but Effective

You will be wondered on knowing this method. You mostly access English language
based sites, Isn�t it? Just translate your blocked sites URL to other language with
the help of Google Translate, then paste translated URL to your web address bar;
finally your blocked sites will be opened.
