Description of media ("Media")

Dates and times

Usage Media will be used for promotion of Microsoft products

on a range of Microsoft online channels, including but
not limited to social media, and also on published
marketing materials.
Extent of identification allowed
(full name, first name only etc)

This release form is an agreement between You and Microsoft and its agencies and others
working for or on Microsoft's behalf (collectively, "Microsoft").

Signing this release form means that You understand and agree:

1. to attend the interview/filming/recording/photography/etc of the Media at the dates

and times stated above;
2. to grant to Microsoft the right to own all rights in the Media and any materials
produced in connection with the Media (including but not limited to copyright)
permanently and without any compensation to You;
3. to Microsoft using, distributing, reproducing, copying, publishing, broadcasting,
transforming, printing, modifying and otherwise using Your name, picture, likeness,
quotations and any other materials in connection with the Media, in whole or part, for
advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes in any and all present and future
media forms, including but not limited to social media, and to sublicence any and all
of these rights to other third parties;
4. that any and all interviews or endorsements made by You may be used by Microsoft
in any manner and represent your current honest opinion;
5. to release and discharge Microsoft and its employees from any and all claims,
demands or causes of actions that You may have, or may have in the future, for
defamation, violations of the right of privacy or publicity, infringement of copyright or
trademark, unfair competition, violations of moral rights, or any other claims arising
out of or relating to any uses of the Media or rights granted under this release form, to
the extent permitted by law; and
6. You have the legal authority to sign this release form and that this release does not
conflict with any existing contracts or agreements to which You are a party.
