DEED OF SALE OF UNDIVIDED PORTION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE OF UNDIVIDED PORTION is made, executed and entered into by ngle and
with residence and postal address at Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered/co-owner of 2/8 portion of a parcel of land located at
Sanito, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _____ containing a total
area of 10,000 SQUARE METERS, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. TCT ____

A PARCEL OF LAND Lot ____ of subdivision plan _____________, being a portion of the
_______________________ situated in Sanito, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay containing an area of 10,000
square meters more or less..."

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell her 2/8 portion of
the above mentioned property or 2,500 square meters (subject to right of way upon final survey) for the
amount of One Hundred Sixty thousand (P 160,000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos P
160,000.00 Philippine Currency, hand paid by the vendee to the vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, 2/8 portion of the
above-mentioned parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon.
