B. STUDY COST ITEMS FOR MASTER’S PROGRAMS


(Cost items are based on 2 years/4 semesters, normally required for the completion of master’s degree. Tuition fee is 16,000 Baht per credit).

Please note that apart from the above fees, each student has to settle the one-time Language Support fee of 2,000 Baht, the Student
Union fee of 150 Baht per semester, the medical fee of 2,500 Baht per year (1,250 Baht per semester), and the one-time payment of
100 Baht for a student ID card.

Note: The above costs exclude costs of living and accommodation (nominal range from 11,500 baht/month to 15,000
Baht/month), visa renewal and other miscellaneous expenses including airfare / transportation expenses from home
country to Thailand and back to home country.

Extension
In case the Master’s program is not completed within the normal duration, the registration fee will be charged to the
student for each extended semester until the completion of the degree.

C. METHOD OF PAYMENT
An advance payment of 215,500 Baht tuition and registration fees for the first semester including the Language
Support fee, the student ID card, the medical fee and the Student Union fee shall be paid to AIT prior to enrollment.
The deadline of payment is on the 1st day of the first semester. Proof of payment shall be e-mailed to:
admissions@ait.asia. Late payment made after the deadline for adding/dropping of courses will be subject to an interest
penalty of 1.5% per month.

Payment shall be made by via bank transfer or cash/cheque payable to the ASIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY in fixed
Baht rate or converted US$ rate through AIT’s account (A/C# 468-046301-2, Swift Code: SICOTHBK) at Siam Commercial
Bank PCL., Ltd., Thammasat University Hospital Branch, Bank Address: 95 Moo 8, Klong Nueng, Klong Luang, Pathumthani
12120, Thailand.

With regard to bank remittance/bank transfer, please indicate details that the payment is for the “fees to AIT” to
facilitate identification of the payment purpose so that it can be recorded immediately in the AIT accounting system.
Please note that International transactions of bank transfer take the minimum of three working days.

Please note that enrollment for each semester can only be activated upon full payment of tuition and other fees.
