Teaching Action Research

The purpose of teaching action research is combined with my own

reality. As a university teacher, there are many pressures to be faced.

First in life, my students, coming from high school to college. Free from

the protection of their families. From a closed environment, they come

to an open environment. The first lesson I teach my students, and the

first goal I establish for them, is to "be a good person" and "have a good

character". It is not possible for every student in a class to be a

performer, a musician, or an educator. They have their own paths to

follow. And I need to guide them to be a person who contributes to the

society and the country. There are big and small abilities, all of them are

for the people, no matter how high or low.

From learning, the purpose of teaching is to take their own potential and

develop it to the maximum. Many new students, some with strong

professional abilities and others with poor basic skills, need to be taught

according to their abilities.

Students who study music are very creative and flexible. There are times

when it is difficult to capture their true thoughts, which is the source of

their art and a way of their creativity.

Students who are strong learners. In the classroom. In addition to the

normal teaching, I will join them in the form of a repertoire and

complete a piece with them, so as to combine theory and practice.

Students who are relatively weak learners. I will rank all the problems

that arise when they play. I pick out which problems should be solved

first and which ones second.

Combining the five situations in the textbook, I will continue to improve

my professionalism, combine theory with practice, and constantly

improve my training. Make breakthroughs in educational action

research.
