On the other hand, decision-making involves making a choice
from potential alternatives in order to attain the intended
outcomes or goals. According to Huitt, “the procedures in both
problem solving and decision-making are relatively similar and
the phrases are commonly used interchangeably” (Huitt, 1992).
Knowing the process and flow in issue solving decision making
are a benefit for me who is aiming to be an educational manager
