moves?
If I’m going to open a full-service restaurant, the first thing I'll do is identify
my restaurant concept so that I can learn more about the market and
environmental status of the place, the target audience, the menu, the aesthetic
qualities, advertising, and the service offered; essentially, it's putting all of my
suggestions down on paper so that I could use it as a guide as I start moving
forward.
ANALYSIS
1. What are the things to be considered before opening a full service
restaurant?

 Location
 Customer profile
 Style or concept
 Facilities
 Cuisine and menu

APPLICATION
Discuss the following:
1. Location - A restaurant’s location can make or break it. Visibility and foot
traffic are two important factors to consider during the selection process for a
commercial space. Also want to evaluate the size and interior shape to decide
if it’s the best fit for restaurant floor plan.
2. Customer profile - A customer profile, or a consumer profile, is a detailed
description of your current customers. In a customer profile, you'd identify
purchasing behaviors, pain points, psychographic data, and demographic
data with the intent of targeting similar customers in sales
3. Style or concept - Restaurant concept should be woven into every aspect of
your business, from the food itself to your style of customer service. Your
concept should also be reflected in the name of your restaurant, the design of
your collateral, and your decor.
4. Facilities- Restaurant's physical infrastructure has a direct effect on
customers' brand experience, which means it needs to be in optimal condition
to ensure their experience is consistent – a concept called “brand uptime.”
Effective maintenance and management guarantees your restaurant is in
peak condition at all times
5. Cuisine and menu- MSenu is the centerpiece a restaurant and should reflect
your concept and brand. But it’s also a marketing tool that can help convince
new customers to try your restaurant the descriptions should be concise but
appeal to your audience.
