The PNP Quality Service Lane is an integral component of Initao Municipal Police Station to
satisfy the needs and expectations of the citizens. Considering the increasing number of our
clientele, we are already utilizing the vacant space outside our office as waiting area that
provides initial point of contact for all public concerns/problems requiring police services. In
order to make it client-friendly, the undersigned respectfully request for installation of
roofing at the aforesaid area to provide our clientele protection, safety, security, privacy and
insulation.

Your approval would be a tremendous step towards our goal of providing quality service to
the public and we truly believe it will be beneficial for you as well. We would appreciate
being able to provide us the materials or financial assistance needed for the installation of
roofing.

The Initao Municipal Police Station will be constructing waiting area which will serve as
Quality Service Lane, an integral component of every police station to satisfy the needs and
expectations of the citizens. Since our office is attached to the Municipal Building and
considering the increasing number of our clientele, we don’t have enough area for our clients
hence we are utilizing temporarily the vacant space outside our office as waiting area that
provides initial point of contact for all public concerns/problems requiring police services.

In order to make it client-friendly, the undersigned respectfully request for the construction
of waiting area and installation of roofing to provide our clientele protection, safety, security,
privacy and insulation.

We rely on support from generous individuals / companies like you to contribute towards one
or part of our planned project. Sponsorships / donations are the primary source of funding
for this project and we would like to request you to be one of the valuable sponsors/donors
by donating 30 bags of cement intended for the purpose.
