STRICTLY FOLLOW INSTRUCTION TO

REVERSE DIABETES
DIET: MUST Not Eat

Completely stop milk & dairy product, refined oil


Must avoid Sugar content foods
Packaged and fast foods, especially those high in sugar, baked
goods, sweets, chips, desserts
White bread, sugary cereals, refined rice
Stop strictly all kind of non-vegetarian foods.
Processed meat and red meat

DIET: Should Eat

Healthy fats from nuts, flax seeds, ground nut, sunflower oil,
mustard oil
All kind of Millets should eat.
Fruits and vegetables—ideally fresh, whole fruit rather than juices
High-fiber cereals
Minimum use of high carbohydrate containing Wheat/ Brown rice or
unpolished rice
If possible avoid Ghee but if you want then take maximum 5 gm. per
day only COW Ghee.

EXERCISE MEDITATION

Do exercise at least for 45 minutes any times a day.


Be sure to drink water before, during and after exercise to stay well
hydrated.
Minimum 30 minutes Walking with Jogging
Swimming, Riding bicycle
Pranayam, Anulom vilom
Vakrasana
Halasana
