Hamleys should tie-up with the brands Flipkart and amazon to have their
digital presence in the market as they have not experienced in building,
they’re on web or app they should go with other partners like Amazon
and Flipkart as this side as feasible for customer for usage.

As Hamleys customers is parents not a kid because they are influencer


and the actual buyer is parents, Hamleys offers value for money because
when kids wants to play with the toys than Hamleys offer best value for
money as they are promising finest toy in the world and the safest toy to
play

Types of innovation-

Hamleys should go with sustaining types of innovation as they are new to


digital market, they are not going to change anything drastically so a
sustaining improvement will sustain the Hamleys in the market even after
the covid they can generate revenue from new market and Hamleys is
totally offline presence in the market as they totally new in the market
they are new to this technology so they are not going disruptive change.

Revenue-Sales revenue has been drastically increased every month it


jumps from 25,00,000 to 40,00,000 in between January to February and
this metrics has successful rate

Usage-The more the people stay on the web higher the chances of sales,
Usage minutes has been increased from 3 to 8 mins in between January
to February drastic improvement in usage.

No. of failures-Bounce rate has been continuously decreasing from


January to February and drastically changed from 55% to 42%

Interferences-Revenue per transaction has been drastically increased
from January to February and it’s also drastically decreased from
February to march and it continuous decreasing from April to May.

Percentage of repeated transaction-


Interferences-Percentage of repeated transaction has been almost stable
all around the five months.

Numbers of positive feedback has been increased from 13,908 to 26,800


in between January to May its goods sign that customer is giving goods
responses.
Bounces rate percentage has been drastically decreased from 55% to
