SUBJECT : UPDATED BARANGAY FULL DISCLOSURE POLICY

(BFDP) MONITORING FORMS/TEMPLATES

The Department issued DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-027 dated

March 04, 2022, relative to “REMINDERS ON THE PREPARATION OF THE
BARANGAY FINANCIAL REPORT (BFR), ITS SUBMISSION TO THE
CITY/MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTANT AND THE POSTING OF THE SAME IN THE
BARANGAY FULL DISCLOSURE POLCIY (BFDP) BOARD”, which aims to remind
the concerned local officials of their roles pertaining to, among others, the preparation,
submission and posting of BFR.

In this connection, the DILG and BARMM-MILG Field Officers are directed to monitor
the compliance of barangays within their respective jurisdiction with the above-cited
policy and to submit the Quarterly Regional Consolidated Reports, through shared
BFDP Google Drive and/or hard copy.

In this regard, be informed that the BFDP Google Drive for CY 2022 was already
shared to the Region’s e-mail addresses. Should the Regions opt to submit their
Quarterly BFDP Regional Reports through hard copy, kindly utilize the attached BFDP
Monitoring Report Forms/Templates, marked as follows:
