WHY RIPPLE?
Our webinar is entitled “ripple” because of the term “ripple effect”. These are slight and small actions
yet noticeable. It goes to show that even the smallest action can contribute to a continuing spread of
results.
WHY FROM PAPER TO REALITY & PAPER BOATS?
AEC 102 or Human Behavior in Organizations allows us to grasp concepts and theories on various
human behaviors in different organizations. We learned how as simple as a personal negative
perspective could ripple into negative interactions with peers thus affecting the performance of the
organization/team.
Through this webinar, we will now be able to witness written concepts come to life. Indeed, from paper
to reality. And as we venture the ripples of life, let us build our own paper boats. We don’t need to repair
or fix the holes in our paper boats. Instead, we have to learn the art of crafting it from the very
beginning. Never be too afraid to start over again. (pwede dayon mo mag insert ug katong sag1 diri hihi

Kent: To be honest, I am so excited, Mica! We have been looking forward to this day.
Everyone was so busy preparing for this webinar given the time constraints and other
prior commitments and responsibilities, but of course, there will always be strength
in numbers. And with that, allow me to thank our project heads and working
committees for making today’s event possible.

: Anyways, just a quick reminder again before we formally start, we would like to
request the students to please mute your microphones and only unmute them if
you’re acknowledged. We are also encouraging everyone to turn on their cameras so
that we could seize the opportunity of seeing your handsome and beautiful faces.

success in the next several years….

SLIDE 21

Kent: And that is Ms. Wea P. Gelilang. Thank you very much, ma'am. Indeed, we are so
grateful to have you. We know you’re so busy right now. But still, you allotted time for
us sharing those inspirational and meaningful messages.

Kent: You know peeps, we already knew how difficult it is for us to reach our
individual goals. But because of those salient points, it really somehow lifts our spirit
and confidence. And that, we must push ourselves with no limits and no boundaries
in reaching excellence. I think, through this subject and having this kind of webinar,
is something that forms greater heights in forming us to be more future-ready and
sustainable individuals who are both value and challenge-driven persons.

Mica: You’re just absolutely right, Kent! Aside from that, we are also able to grasp
those scenarios: those real and existing scenarios–for us to really understand the
emergence of problems faced by most organizations and or companies. Thus making
us, the accountancy students, become more efficient and effective members not just
in a specific organization but also to the society we belong….

SLIDE 22
: Okay! Right at this time, we would like to give the floor to anyone who wants to have
the opportunity to ask your question to Miss Wea. You may opt to raise your virtual
hand and open your mic and camera upon asking your question. Or you may type your
questions in the chatbox and we will be glad to read it for you.

Mica: The previous talk has been very insightful and a bit intimidating in terms of
thinking about the complexity however, true enough we can really move forward with
what we have learned here. Thank you for sharing with us your inspiring story and
elucidating insights Miss Wea. Now, at this point, we would like to request everyone
to please turn on your cameras for the photo opportunity with Miss Wea.

[ PHOTO OPP ]

Kent: Once again, we would like to thank all of the committees led by the respective
teams, for exerting time and effort in making this event a reality. Indeed, it really
showed that we really have what it takes despite those hectic schedules we had.

SLIDE 27
:Now for our closing remarks, let us call on the former President of JPIA and currently
the Vice President of the Central Student Government. Ladies and gentlemen, Ms.
Reneila Maureen Eguia. Mau….

Mica: Undeniably, this talk has been so wonderful and inspiring and yet it’s so sad
that we have to end it here. Once again, we would like to thank our guests,
participants, sponsors and committee, for making this webinar successful and
productive. Indeed that “Each life creates endless ripples”, and ripple effects make
the smallest things extraordinary. This has been your host, Mica Cañete, and together
with me–
Kent: KENT NOVAL. A webinar that flows hope and a webinar that navigates dreams.
This is– Ripple: A Webinar on Human Behavior in Organizations. STAY SAFE AND HAVE A
GOOD DAY!
