CONTRACT AGREEMENT

 
This AGREEMEMT, made and entered into this _______________ at
_________________________, by and between:

_________________________, of legal age, Filipino,

married and a resident of San Jose, Tacloban City, hereinafter
referred to as the LAND OWNER;

likewise all of legal age, Filipino citizens, married, and residents of

hereinafter referred to as the OCCUPANTS;

W I T N E S S E T H : that

1. The LAND OWNER is the representative of the owner of a certain

parcel of land designated as Lot No. __________, situated at _______________
_________________________;

2. The LAND OWNER permits the above-named OCCUPANTS to

build their residential houses made of only LIGHT MATERIALS, and to occupy it
therein;

3. The LAND OWNER shall collect a monthly rental in the amount of

ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P100.00) from each OCCUPANT;

4. When the LAND OWNER shall use the above-mentioned property,

the OCCUPANTS shall vacate from said property within ninety (90) days from
upon written demand to vacate, without the need of suit; and the OCCUPANTS
shall not demand any monetary assistance or reimbursement from the LAND
OWNER;

5. Any violation of this agreement will cause immediate relinquishment

of the OCCUPANTS rights to occupy on said property.
