JOB PURPOSE:
To execute assigned multidisciplinary construction activities for the Project in accordance with Contract approved project management procedures,
ensuring HSE, quality, schedule and budget standards are met in a controlled, transparent and auditable manner in collaboration with the EPC Contractor
through to Mechanical Completion and Precommissioning.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
✓ Deliver and supervise the construction of allocated Project Construction scopes, including constructability reviews, in accordance with the CLIENT
approved Project Management Procedures, within approved project scope, HSE, quality and schedule.
✓ Lead role in Construction supervision at site. This will be multidisciplinary role, covering MEIC scopes.
✓ Develop Construction Risk Assessment of assigned scopes aligned with the Project Risk Assessment to identify and assess risks, issues and
uncertainties associated with implementing the Project and implement the Construction Risk Management Plan and mitigation strategies for
assigned project scopes.
✓ Lead role in Goal Zero HSE delivery at site: Apply the HSE and Quality Management Plan for assigned construction activities.
✓ Lead Quality delivery of scopes: Direct role in ensuring adherence to the Project Quality Management System to achieve quality delivery of Project,
and carry out, where required, construction Quality inspections changes, Technical Integrity, deviations and queries in accordance with the Change
Management Processes.
✓ Implement and lead the development, refinement and execution of scopes for Shutdown and non-Shutdown scopes, including commissioning and
start up plan support to flawless start up and Handover.
✓ Lead role in detailed scheduling and Method statement reviews and finalization.
✓ Prepare timely and comprehensive construction progress & Daily reports for assigned projects for effective communication and seamless
construction delivery.
✓ Ensure compliance to the terms and conditions of Contract and help review of Contractor claims.
✓ Support timely indirect site management such as scaffolding, material delivery, etc. at site.
✓ Help apply and manage hands on Tool Time productivity and forecasting at site.
✓ Lead role in Completions: help generate and ensure complete closure of ITR’s, documentation and Punch List items, timely handover of
documentation of completed projects, including Marked Up, As Built Drawings / Documentation and perform Construction Performance Post
Implementation reviews, Lessons Learned and Close Out Reports for assigned Mechanical/Piping projects to support company’s continual
improvement initiatives.

JOB PURPOSE:
To execute construction activities related to temporary and permanent buildings in accordance with Contract approved project management procedures,
ensuring HSE, quality, schedule and budget standards are met in a controlled, transparent and auditable manner in collaboration with the EPC Contractor
through to Mechanical Completion, Precommissioning and Handover.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
✓ Carry out and supervise the construction of temporary and permanent buildings associated with the Project including prefabricated buildings & site-
built buildings. The large quantity of Buildings will include temporary facilities, such as offices, warehouses and camps as well as permanent buildings
such as substations, Field auxiliary buildings, accommodation, etc. Building design will be a blend of recycled, portal frame, prefabricated and
site/stick-built structures.
✓ Review and finalize EPC building scope reviews on behalf of CLIENT in accordance with Contract general and specific technical specifications.
✓ Participate in constructability reviews, in accordance with the CLIENT approved Project Management Procedures, within approved project scope,
HSE, quality and schedule.
✓ Undertake multidisciplinary Construction supervision at site, including foundations, structures, E&I, finished, IT and AC required to complete the
Building scopes from commencement to Handover.
✓ Develop Construction Risk Assessment of Buildings aligned with the Project Risk Assessment to identify and assess risks, issues and uncertainties
associated with implementing the Project and implement the Construction Risk Management Plan and mitigation strategies for assigned project
scopes.

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
To ensure all project materials are delivered, inspected, stored, preserved, and issued in a safe and efficient manner, meeting HSE, quality, cost, and
scheduled targets. Thereafter to coordinate timely delivery of material packages to suite site Construction activities.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Act as Company representative to coordinate Contractors Site Management of materials from ex-works release to incorporation into the Permanent
Project Works, including:
✓ The receipt, management and issuance of procured materials required for project construction activities.
✓ Lead Site delivery expediting of all procurement and ensure delivery priorities are understood and maintained.
✓ Ensure Safe transport and timely delivery of materials from various locations, international and national. Nationally procured materials will be
managed from ex-Works to Site. Internationally procured materials may be delivered directly to Site or transshipped in Site location.
✓ Support the MOF Management Team and any special logistics related activities, e.g. heavy lift.
✓ Help manage the day-to-day activities of the Project material Storage Area and ensure strict compliance to CLIENT safety and security policies.
✓ Coordinate site material inspection to ensure all materials are delivered according to purchase order specification and quantity.
✓ Ensure all project materials (including contractors’ managed stock) are stored and preserved following general storage best practices and OEMs
storage guidelines.
✓ Lead implementation of RFI system for on-site materials tracking together with Contractor.
✓ Supervise material handling and transport of all project materials and ensure availability for pick up and / or delivery to construction site or any
other advised location.
✓ Manage the inventory of all project materials stored in the Project Materials Storage Area and monitor material usage by contractors and ensure all
surplus materials are handed over back to CLIENT at the end of the construction.
✓ Coordinate storage and sourcing the within the Project Materials Storage Area, the CLIENT Main Warehouse and across all CLIENT satellite storage
areas, including Contractors’ stock.
✓ Ensure ‘bag and tagged’ materials are delivered ahead of their required-on-site (ROS) date to suit the Installation Workpack process.
✓ Maintain Projects Procurements & Materials Database of Project procurement and share periodic reports to the project team, focusing on Contractor
performance.
✓ Support project team in planning the disposal of obsolete and decommissioned items according to company procedure and policy.
✓ Support the Project in Contractual matters arising from materials and logistics, requiring Daily Reports.

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:
To execute Piping & Module Prefabrication Construction and Quality Control activities in SCNL’s yard for the Project in accordance with Contract approved
project management procedures; Ensuring HSE, quality, schedule and budget standards are met in a controlled, transparent and auditable manner in

collaboration with the EPC Contractor to ensure that offsite prefabricated spools and modules are delivered in a Safe, Quality manner in accordance with
the Schedule.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collaborate with EPC Contractor to:
✓ Single point Company representative responsible for delivery and supervision of Project piping & module prefabrication scopes, including:
o Yard Safety delivery in line with Mode 2 status – Risk Analysis, JHAs, etc.
o Constructability & prefab sequence reviews and approval in accordance with Advanced Workpack Delivery process.
o Method Statement and JHA review, approval and implementation
o Periodic Audits e.g. HSE & Delivery.
o Oversee the setup of a production line facility for pipe and support prefabrication
o Deliver prefabricated/painted/clean/preserved spools and bag & tagged items in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule.
o Oversee the setup of Jetty Module prefabrication.
o Delivery punchlist free Jetty 3 modules to the agreed sequence.
o Implementation of Flawless & Preservation initiatives.
o Represent Company in yard precommissioning activities: hydrotesting, flushing, etc.
✓ Be responsible for Company Quality Control at the Prefabrication Yard:
o Approving Quality Control Plans
o Witness and monitor work activities, inspection and test in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedures.
o Monitor welding quality and NDT requirements for fabricated piping and related items
o Monitor implementation of faultless project delivery (FPD), preservation and other Build-It-Clean (BIC) initiatives
o Support QA team in the resolution of Non-conformances, audits and site instructions
o Provide quality trends to Quality Surveillance Lead and provide improvement plan if any.
o Witness / Participate in material Receiving Inspection at SCNL yard to identify damage or deficiencies
✓ Prepare timely and comprehensive construction progress & Daily reports for Prefab yard for effective communication and seamless construction
delivery.

JOB LOCATION: BONNY ISLAND
JOB PURPOSE & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The purpose of the role is to support the Project Cost Engineering activities during site construction activities and other miscellaneous Cost Engineering
& Reporting support at BOC incl. support to NTP8 related work scopes.

In this role, successful candidate is expected to work in close coordination with Contractors & Sub-contractors Project Controls disciplines by establishing
the good working networks. Also, the successful candidate will work in full 100% coordination and guidance with NTP/7 team
The responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
✓ Provide direct Cost Engineering support to site execution teams.
✓ Ensure timely reporting of monthly Accrual/VoWD in accordance with the Project WBS
✓ Coordinate and prepare inputs to Monthly Cost Report by gathering all cost data, financial information, contracts inputs and forecasts.
✓ Perform detail analysis and commentaries on monthly cost data such as VOWD and Forecast Final Costs variances.
✓ Prepare expenditure profiles and monitor commitments against approved budgets
✓ Monitor expenditures against approved budgets
✓ Utilize SAP to track commitments and expenditures against approved
✓ Prepare actuals and cost reports each month
✓ Update budgets and expenditure forecasts on a monthly basis
✓ Evaluate contractor invoices against the contract/PO for correct application of charges
✓ Assist on going contract and purchase order administration, including review of variations, management of contract expenditure against approved
contract ceiling values
✓ To maintain historical records and data against which trends may be measured and estimates developed.
✓ Ensure implementation of company's integrated project control systems and all other applications relevant to project.
Dimensions:
✓ Direct working relationship with various Sub-contractors and EPC contractor Project Controls / Management staffs.

Skills & Requirements:

Additional Information:
✓ Field experience in oil and gas midstream or downstream would be an advantage.
✓ Experience in SAP & Cost Engineering Tools e.g. ECOSYS would be added advantage
✓ Fluent in English, written and verbally. Other languages welcomed.
