JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
To lead the field activities, in the execution of the Integrated Operations, Commissioning and Start up plans, by ensuring the
completion, commissioning and start-up of the plant carried out in a safe and efficient manner as per procedures and as
directed by Commissioning and Start Up Lead.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Coordinate the Shift teams in the daily commissioning and start up activities to ensure that safe working conditions are
maintained at all times and work progress are maintained as per project schedule.
2. Coordinate the team in the regular walk down of process/utility lines, installation, tie-in etc. to ensure that plant is built
as per design, to the right quality and to ensure operability.
3. Act as a signatory (at Shift Supervisor/AGSI (Authorized Gas Safety Inspector) level) to the Commissioning and Start up
Permit to Work (PTW) system, authorize Permit to Work (PTW) to the Maintenance/Contractors team for effective
control, authorization and safe work execution. Oversight of CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) Permit to Work (PTW)
system and signatory for high-risk permits and activities (major energizations, large equipment testing, high pressure
testing, etc.)
4. Work with the Contractor/Vendor personnel and coordinate the close involvement and oversight on the plant
completion, integrity checks and commissioning activities to ensure flawless and safe execution.
5. Coordinate project execution/tie-in in the Brownfield environment to ensure that plant projects are implemented as per
design, properly commissioned with as built document draft available in the shift without any information gap within the
shift with regard to the new change.
6. Assist in the development of the commissioning, start up and shutdown plans and their execution as assigned by the
Commissioning Shift Superintendent for effectiveness in plan implementation
7. Develop and review operations/commissioning, start up and shutdown procedures for Project scope, capturing lessons
learnt and to enable continuous improvement in performance.
8. Primary signatory for completions and P2A (Project to Asset) activities (handover of Care Custody and Control for systems
& areas, post start-up operations testing)
9. Responsible for managing testing of major equipment through CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) shift resources, vendors,
and contactor resources (i.e. test run of GT, main compressors, large pumps, first fills, etc.)

10. Responsible for early start-up and operation of utilities to support further CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) activities (i.e.
start-up of IA compressors, nitrogen units, water units, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:

HND or Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or other engineering/science discipline.


Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years working experience in LNG Plant Operations with at least 10 years’ experience in Plant
• Operations as Principal Operator or at Supervisory Level.
• Experience with Commissioning and Startup of LNG facility is considered a qualifying advantage
• Experience in providing CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) related design input and working in an EPC (Engineering,
Procurement, And Construction) or a plant environment considered an advantage
• Working experience on part of, or the entire, ORP (Operations Reference Plan) Project life cycle (from conceptual
design through to final commissioning and handover) and/or in the front-line Oil and Gas production operations is
desirable
• Experience with Management of Change process, Operations Integrity / Process Safety Management Processes

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Provide Operations supervision and support to all construction, maintenance, commissioning and start up activities for the
Project scope in both brownfield and greenfield environment to ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient
manner and as per procedures.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Lead the Operators in providing safe working condition, process and environment to ensure that the daily activities
(construction, commissioning and start up) are carried out in a safe and as per the permit to work procedures and
guidelines at all times.
2. Monitor compliance to the “Permit to Work” requirements and intervene when any unsafe (potentially unsafe) condition
or practice is observed - be proactive in identifying/observing any potentially unsafe situations and conditions. Escalate
as required.
3. Coordinate and liaise with the Asset Operations Area Shift Supervisor in the preparation of equipment isolation guidelines
and implementation of equipment safe isolation in the brownfield environment.
4. Lead the team (Principal/Senior Operators, Operators) in the regular walk down of process/utility lines, installation, tie-
in etc. to ensure that plant is built as per design (as per PEFS – Process/Utility Engineering Flow Scheme), to the right
quality and to ensure operability.
5. Act as a signatory {at Shift Supervisor/AGST (Authorized Gas Safety Tester) level} to the Commissioning and Start up
Permit to Work (PTW) system, prepare and issue Permit to Work (PTW) to the Maintenance/Contractors team for
effective control, authorization and safe work execution.

8. Support the Asset shift team in carrying out operational activities during period of low CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up)
activities in order to balance the existing workload across the shift and to maintain efficient plant operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
HND or equivalent in chemical engineering or other engineering/science discipline.
Experience:
• Minimum of 15+ years oil & gas plant operations experience preferably in LNG industry with at least 5 years at supervisory
level

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE


Delivery of a robust CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) in a project is a critical enabler of the facilities
Availability figures that underpin the project investment case (Production Promise, Production profile/ LNG
throughput/annum). A robust CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is evidenced by a comprehensively
implemented Preventive Maintenance program that covers all the Safety and Production critical equipment and commences
prior to the RFSU (Ready for Start Up) date.

The purpose of this role is:


1. To ensure a Mechanical discipline-focused fully populated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is
in place for use by company for the commissioning and start-up phase of the project. The Maintenance Management
System will provide the asset team with accurate and relevant data to support the Maintenance and Integrity processes
including; preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection and corrosion management, integrity assurance of Safety
Critical Elements, and integrity and cost performance management.
2. To manage the MRTA (Maintenance & Reliability Improvement and Turnaround) (Mechanical discipline) scope of project
from detailed design through Commissioning and Startup

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Accountable for Mechanical aspect of detailed planning (L3/4) of Computerized Maintenance Management System
(CMMS) build scope), KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) and progress measurement indicators. The CMMS (computerized
maintenance management system) scope includes; SAP-PM, Spares and BOM in SAP-MM, Inspection/Corrosion
management in S-IMS and quality interface with supporting systems including s-RBI, s- RCM, w-SIFPRO, AVEVA,
SAPDMS/SharePoint, etc.
2. Supervisor of Mechanical discipline aspect of the project’s MRTA (Maintenance & Reliability Improvement and
Turnaround) within ORCSU (Operations Readiness, Commissioning and Startup) team. Participate in all Maintenance
Assurance-related reviews like Operability & Maintainability Workshop, Reliability Centered Maintenance Workshop etc.
3. Assist the Service contract holder for CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) build services (TA CTR
and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) contractor call-off contract).
4. Assist the Service contract holder for MM/BOM (Material Management/Bill of Material) build services (TA CTR and
MM/BOM (Material Management/Bill of Material) contractor call-off contract).
5. Accountable for the Mechanical-related project MRTA (Maintenance & Reliability Improvement and Turnaround)
deliverables.
6. Responsible for determining the level of Mechanical-related aspect of Maintenance, Inspection, and Engineering activity

11. Review all Maintenance related project deliverables (with bias for Mechanical discipline), HSE Procedures and providing
feedback for final documentation
12. Jointly accountable for setting up the Spare Parts and Special Tools Management for Project and ultimate delivery to
Asset.
13. Ensure that the aspect of Mechanical Maintenance of Project is implemented in compliance with Governmental

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Delivery of a robust MM/BOM (Material Management/Bill of Material) in a project is a critical enabler of the facilities
Availability figures that underpin the project investment case (Production Promise, GIP Production profile/ LNG
throughput/annum).

The main purpose of this role is described below:


1) The Spare Parts Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the process and system used to collect data
according to the EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) & Blueprint standards and on whatever project specific procedures

they are assigned to. Key interfaces include a multitude of suppliers of information, including contractors and equipment
vendors.
2) Spares Coordinator is the conduit between Project Team, Engineering Teams, Materials Management and C&P to
Company’s FO-Data Centre of Excellence on Spares Management activities.
3) Focused on the importance of Cost Leadership to ensure that Spare Management is optimized right from Project Phase
taking into consideration the lessons learned from the existing asset and the various stock items locked in squirrel stores.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide onboarding as guidance to CONTRACTOR who will ensure that ITT (Invitation to Tender), Pos (Purchase Order,
contracts and project specifications include a spare Parts Identification Process and that specification of BoM's are
stipulated.
2. Ensure receipt and entry of all material master data in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Software) and ensure SAP
data refreshes throughout the project phase.
3. Own and ensure compliance with the Spare Parts Strategy for the Project and ensure proper action will be taken on
surplus materials and spare parts with Maintenance and Contracting and Procurement.
4. Coordinate the inclusion of parts from the E-SPIR (Electronic Spare Parts List and Interchangeability Record) on the Bill
of Material in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Software) and work with IT to ensure the deployment of the E-SPIR
(Electronic Spare Parts List And Interchangeability Record) Advisor, set up and assign roles.
5. Consult the Maintenance Focal Point to determine the parts included on the BoM and create a formal spares maintenance
strategy document for Company technical reviewers to follow.
6. Review the responsibilities and ensures the implementation of the Contractor (specially the Contractor Spare Focal Point)
in relation to all spare parts activities through the Spares Management Process.
7. Establish and implement systems and procedures for the reviewing and progressing of all spare parts schedules to ensure
availability of operational spares in time for commissioning.
8. Ensure that the latest version of data objects is loaded in E-SPIR (Electronic Spare Parts List and Interchangeability
Record) advisor and maintain throughout the project (e.g., Material Group, Object Type, SAP MNFR Codes, SAP Material
Masters, exchange rates, UOM, spare parts indicator).
9. Manage the review of items submitted to identify opportunities for standardization, review all Spare Parts related project
deliverables for final documentation and organize coding of Spare Parts with COMPANY's coding system.
10. Liaise with the Company's project, maintenance and procurement staff to ensure that project related spare parts are
purchased in time for CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up).
11. Coordinate the review, selection and purchase of Insurance, Initial and Operational spare parts.
12. Liaises with the (SAP) S4/HANA teams to ensure a smooth data loading, testing process and implementation of the MM
module (Applicable for Greenfield Projects).
13. Ensure materials and BoMs are set up complying to the Data Quality Standards and formats.
14. Refine cost estimates and monitor costs for all project spare parts activities. Close-out delivery of complete and quality
data including reporting benefits and savings at the end of the project.
15. Ensure that the Contractor's spare parts recommendations and documents, including E-SPIRs (Electronic Spare Parts List
and Interchangeability Record), comply with the specifications (in liaison with the appropriate roles) and that they are
received on time, distributed, and actioned.

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
To carry out the commissioning and Startup of the plant and control the process of the gas treatment (warm end) and
liquefaction section (cold end) of the Complete Train and/or CLU and Utilities from the Schneider Distributed Control System

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Carry out daily commissioning and start up activities in the Control room, including loop testing in conjunction with
outside Operators and contractor personnel
2. Take part in the Initial Set Up (ISU) of variable Tables as part of the multidisciplinary Asset Management 2.2.4 ENSURE
SAFE PRODUCTION module. Take part in the OTS (Operator Training Simulator) development including static model
testing, dynamic testing, FAT, SAT etc.
3. Safely Operate the Distributed Control System as per daily instructions and at its optimum point. Proactively monitor the
DCS as per ESP standards specified in the Alarm Variable Tables (VTs)

4. Interface with various IT systems (issuing job requests in SAP system, PI, LIMS, e-PTW, e-shift log).
5. Take part in validation of S/U and S/D procedures through early use of Operations Training Simulator (OTS)
6. Act as a signatory (at AGST (Authorized Gas Safety Tester) level) to the Commissioning and Start up Permit to Work
(PTW) system, prepare and issue Permit to Work (PTW) to the Maintenance/Contractors team for effective control,
authorization and safe work execution.
7. Work with the Contractor/Vendor personnel and provide close involvement and oversight on the plant completion,
integrity checks and commissioning activities to ensure flawless and safe execution.
8. Assist in the development and review of operations/commissioning, start up and shutdown procedures for LNG Project
scope, capturing lessons learnt and to enable continuous improvement in performance.
9. Support the Asset shift teams in carrying out operational activities during period of low CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up)
activities in order to balance the existing workload across the shift and to maintain efficient plant operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
HND or equivalent in chemical engineering or other engineering/science discipline.
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years oil & gas plant operations experience preferably in LNG industry
• Experience with Commissioning and Start up on an LNG or oil/gas facility considered a qualifying advantage.
• Experience in providing CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) related design input and working in an EPC (Engineering,
Procurement, And Construction) a plant environment considered an advantage
• Working experience on part of, or the entire, ORP (Operations Reference Plan) Project life cycle (from conceptual

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE


To lead the field activities, in the execution of the Integrated Operations, Commissioning and Start up plans, by ensuring the
completion, commissioning and start-up of the plant (LNG) are carried out in a safe and efficient manner as per procedures
and as directed by Commissioning and Start Up Lead.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Coordinate the Shift teams in the daily commissioning and start up activities to ensure that safe working conditions are
maintained at all times and work progress are maintained as per project schedule.
2. Coordinate the team in the regular walk down of process/utility lines, installation, tie-in etc. to ensure that plant is built
as per design, to the right quality and to ensure operability.
3. Act as a signatory {at Shift Supervisor/AGSI (Authorized Gas Safety Inspector) level} to the Commissioning and Start up
Permit to Work (PTW) system, authorize Permit to Work (PTW) to the Maintenance/Contractors team for effective
control, authorization and safe work

execution. Oversight of CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) Permit to Work (PTW) system and signatory for high-risk permits
and activities (major energizations, large equipment testing, high pressure testing, etc.)
4. Work with the Contractor/Vendor personnel and coordinate the close involvement and oversight on the plant
completion, integrity checks and commissioning activities to ensure flawless and safe execution.
5. Coordinate project execution/tie-in in the Brownfield environment to ensure that plant projects are implemented as per
design, properly commissioned with as built document draft available in the shift without any information gap within the
shift with regard to the new change.
6. Assist in the development of the commissioning, start up and shutdown plans and their execution as assigned by the
Commissioning Shift Superintendent for effectiveness in plan implementation
7. Develop and review operations/commissioning, start up and shutdown procedures for LNG Project scope, capturing
lessons learnt and to enable continuous improvement in performance.
8. Primary signatory for completions and P2A (Project to Asset) activities (handover of Care Custody and Control for systems
& areas, post start-up operations testing)
9. Responsible for managing testing of major equipment through CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) shift resources, vendors,
and contactor resources (i.e. test run of GT, main compressors, large pumps, first fills, etc.)
10. Responsible for early start-up and operation of utilities to support further CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) activities
(i.e. start-up of IA compressors, nitrogen units, water units, etc.

To coordinate the development of operating procedures, work instructions, manuals and method statements with the main
goal to communicate complex, technical information more easily in a user-friendly manner, in order to achieve safe and
faultless completion, commissioning and startup of the LNG Project scope.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Plan, develop, organize, write and edit high-quality operational procedures and manuals using the design data and Vendor
information in a clear and concise manner to ensure safe and efficient activities execution.
2. Oversee peer editing and production review work. Coordinate team’s effort in the development and review of
Commissioning and Start up Procedure by the Operations team.
3. Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts. Produce electronic documentation in
addition to hard copy manuals and maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
4. Manage updates and revisions to technical literature. Produce how-to, tutorials, user guides, and knowledge base content,
to help end-users use a variety of applications.
5. Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to update existing documents to reflect new
or changing equipment functionality.
6. Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users
7. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and Contractual
deliverables. Maintain an up to date and accessible data base of approved/relevant manuals, procedures, work instructions
etc. for the completion, commissioning and startup of LNG project scope.
8. Work with internal project teams and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, And Construction) CONTRACTOR to ensure an in-
depth understanding of the documentation requirements and produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable
standards and is appropriate for its intended users
9. Oversee team collaboration with Engineering, Quality Assurance, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), Project
Management, and other groups to plan, research, write, and revise printed and online documentation, including general
overviews, tutorials, installation/configuration instructions, training class materials, and documentation
10. Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system
operations, testing, and user documentation
11. Play an active role in maintaining a safety culture in the performance of Technical Writing duties and adhere to all
applicable site / project safety procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:

Experience:

start up
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process Experience in providing
• CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) related design input and working in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, And Construction)
or a plant environment considered an advantage
• Working experience on part of, or the entire, ORP (Operations Reference Plan) Project life cycle (from conceptual design
