◻ The student was observed thrice during class
hours. As the teacher is giving them
instructions for their seat work, The student
starts to talk to his classmates then they
laughed then the teacher notices the
disturbance then she call out the student and
ask him what are they talking about, but the
student just keep on silent. The student is
disturbing his classmates by talking to them.
 First observation
Context or Circumstances Student is in his Filipino
class. Then the teacher gave
them seatwork.
Antecedent The student are preparing for
(what happens just the seatwork because the
Prior) teacher already remind them
of the said activities
Behaviour The student writes a little then
start to talk to his classmates
and they started laughing
Consequence (what happens The teacher notice the
right after) disturbance and call out the
student and ask him why he
did that but the student remain
silent.
Comments or other The student is still smiling
observations and still keeps on looking at
his classmates
Second Observation
The student is in his class, the
teacher give them test.
The students take their pencils
and papers for the test.
The Student then keep on
looking on his classmates for
answers for the test and start
having conversations with
them.
Some of the students then told
the teacher about the
disturbance the student is
doing. And the teacher
reprimand the student. And he
is somewhat embarrassed.
The student don’t mind
whenever he is caught. But he
pass the test.
Third Observation
The class started with the
teacher discussing about their
new lesson. And point out
students and ask them
questions.
The class just started and the
teacher is checking their
attendance.
The student is not listening.
He is busy with his phone.
And he started calling his
classmates by his side and
start to show them his phone.
Then they start laughing.
Then the teacher reprimand
them especially the student
and make them stand and start
to talk to them seriously.
The student is not listening to
class discussion.
Interview
◻ According to the teacher. The student has poor
listening skills. the student like to talk to his
classmates and show little interest in class
discussions.
Discussion
◻ The student has a performance deficit. The
behavior occurs when the student is in class. He
is not showing the appropriate behavior in class
like other students.
