Royal Society of Chemistry (UK) – India Deccan Local Section (RSC-

IDLS) is very active section in India promoting chemistry from school to Ph.D.
level by way of conducting quiz, demo, science fair, debates, arranging invited
lectures, workshops and conferences etc. Also, promotes chemistry to the wider
public through popular lectures.

Objective of the symposium: The aim of this seminar is to bring together the
experts in chemical & pharmaceutical sciences to discuss new developments in
applied sciences. The meeting is for all U.G., P.G., Ph.D. students and also new
academic staff members who wish to communicate their latest findings with the
peer group.
