Re : FEBRUARY SLOT FOR APOSTILLE APPLICATION

I, Raysun R. Arellano, authorized representative of Mr. Tangbin Chen, Chinese Citizen, would like to request
your good office for a middle of February appointment slot for the apostille application of Mr. Tangbin Chen.
This is due to the fact that the family of Mr. Tangbin Chen is immigrating to Ireland and he need to submit the
documents with apostille in the middle of February to catch the timeline of registration in March.
