• The meeting was started at 10:40AM and was presided by Sir Gypsy Corpuz.
• Asking the content editors to upload their draft of Mission and Vision and other
writers to collaborate and incorporate their ideas and work on it asynchronously.
• Monitored the assigned tasks.
• Ma’am Maricor will follow-up the other two articles to be checked then it will be
sent back to the writers for revision.
• There are 13 articles ready for language editing as per the secretariat.
• Associate editors shall conduct the Peer Review until July 15, 2022 then the
articles shall be submitted to the Language Editors for checking.
• The Managing Editors shall inform the secretariat if there is/are approved article/s
already and it will be forwarded to the Language Editors. If there are minor
revisions, the articles will be sent back to the writer by the secretariat.
• Once approved by the Associate Editors, the secretariat will send a message to the
writers to create a 2-3 minute video of their article.
• The secretariat will create a google sheet containing the title of article, author,
Division, school, plagiarism checker, software used and number of words.
• The Compass Team shall think of a tag line or theme for the mid-year issue.
• The Editor in Chief shall start drafting the introduction of the E-journal.
• Tentative launching of the paper is on July 30, 2022.
