1. Schools Division Office of Mabalacat City – School Governance and Operations

Division (SGOD) through the School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation
(SMME) unit announces the submission of the 3rd quarter SMEA report covering
accomplishments (hard and soft copies) from March – May 2022 on July 15,
2022.

2. Relative to this, uploading in PDF file (File name format: School Name_3rd Qtr
SMEA-SY2021-2022) is REQUIRED using this link https://tinyurl.com/3rd-
SMEA-SY-2021-2022.

3. This Office also informs that Virtual SMEA Reporting of School Heads for
the 2nd Semester, SY 2021-2022 will be on September 6-8, 2022.
