Dear Contractor,

RE: CHANGES TO QUARANTINE PROTOCOLS

Subsequent to our letter dated November 23, 2021 on the above and in line with the Port
Health Services directive on de-escalation of COVID-19 protocol, please note the following
changes being implemented for all your personnel deploying offshore:

From Monday April 11, 2022

 Fully vaccinated contractor personnel may choose to resume offshore with only an
antigen test conducted by Company at the point of departure to offshore location.
There will be no change to all other protocols currently in place.

From Monday April 18, 2022

Fully Vaccinated Personnel
 A PCR test prior to resumption offshore will not be required for fully vaccinated
personnel. All contractors who have been fully vaccinated will take an antigen test at
Company facilities on resumption date. Those with negative tests can resume duty
same day.
 Positive cases will not be cleared to work but will follow the case management protocols
currently in place i.e. contractor picks up contractor personnel with positive test results
for case management by contractor.

Non-fully Vaccinated Personnel

 All staff contractors not fully vaccinated will be required to resume to work with a
negative PCR test result from a PCR test conducted within 48 hours prior to resumption
date. In addition, an antigen test will be conducted by Company at the point of travel
to offshore location and those with negative tests can resume duty on the same day.
 Positive cases will not be cleared to work but will follow the case management protocols
currently in place i.e. contractor picks up contractor personnel with positive test results
for case management by contractor.
 Contractor personnel may choose to take the pre-resumption PCR at Company
facilities at Company cost or alternatively may take PCR tests at their own cost at any
NCDC accredited center at no cost to Company.
 In all cases, there will be no Company provided accommodation for the purpose of
waiting for PCR test results.

,
From Monday June 6, 2022 (i.e. after an 8 week transition period)
 Company will no longer conduct antigen test at points of departure offshore for all
personnel. Therefore fully vaccinated personnel with their vaccination cards can travel
with no testing required.
 All staff contractors not fully vaccinated will continue to resume to work with a negative
PCR test result from a PCR test conducted within 48 hours to resumption date. No
additional test will be conducted at point of departure offshore.
 There will no longer be an option to take the pre-resumption PCR at Company facilities.
Contractor personnel will be required to take PCR test at any NCDC accredited center
at no cost to Company.

A list of NCDC accredited laboratories for COVID testing is available on the NCDC website.

Kindly note that personnel are required to have the relevant documentation as applicable (e.g.
Vaccination Card, Negative PCR or Antigen result).

All contractors are expected to continue to maintain IPC protocols-use of face masks; hand
hygiene, social distancing and to exercise good judgement and caution. All contractors are
also strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated.

We will continue to adapt our COVID-19 management protocols to ensure our safeguards
are robust, while maintaining the right balance between personnel health and business risks.

For any additional clarifications, please contact EMCS (emcs.nigeria@exxonmobil.com).

Very truly yours,

Emem Abraham
