RECYCLABLES: Your RECYCLE BIN cannot be emptied unless you follow the Recyclables DO 'S and DON'TS. DO'S:
You can recycle empty and dry bottles, cans, paper and flattenend cardboard. DON'TS: NO food, liquid, loose plastic bags
and film, bagged recyclables, electronics, appliances, green waste, foam cups and containers, glass bottles or containers.
All materials MUST fit in your bin and the lid MUST be fully closed. Put all recyclables in the bin with the yellow lid-never

News You Can Use

S Utility bills are due and payable upon mailing per City Code. A 10% late penalty will be charged if bill is not paid on or
before due date. Water service may be discontinued without further notice if bill remains unpaid and will not be
reconnected until the Total Amount Due is paid.
S Postmark dates are not accepted.
S Not receiving a bill does not exempt you from paying the bill or from any penalties incurred for non-payment of bill.
S Same day service offered if application is processed by 2:00pm. Applications for service are accepted in the office until 4:00pm.

S Adverse history will affect a customer’s TWU credit rating and may result in higher deposits.
S TWU may transfer an unpaid balance from a previous account to a customer’s current account.
