    There is a phenomenon in Pakistan called "cultural lag" where material culture has advanced more quickly than non-material culture. This has created gaps between things like luxuries and morals, and knowledge and morals. While provinces like Punjab have focused on modern infrastructure and technologies, they have not focused as much on issues like poverty. Media in Pakistan also tends to focus more on material aspects of culture like homes, cars, and fashion rather than social and moral issues. Religion provides a unifying factor for the diverse ethnic groups in Balochistan and influences the local customs and social order.

    Today, all this has led to a phenomena in Pakistan which we call cultural lag – a gap between our
    material and non-material culture. A gap between materialism and mental maturity, a gap between

    Punjab
    Punjab has very rich culture and most development province in the Pakistan .Govt. of Punjab mostly
    focus on Material object like metro bus ,orange train roads real estates But they don’t focus on
    poverty .

    Our , modern infrastructure, luxurious government houses, developed varsities, metro bus projects,
    3G/4G technologies, innovations in IT sector, laptop schemes, shopping malls,

    KPK
    Kpk has a very rich culture government now play major role in education .people of kpk are very kind
    to their guest our media show negative impact of kpk . social norms are still same they so cures in
    their dresses like shalwar kameez .

    Sindh
    Our media have generally focused on material aspect of culture that has created cultural lag in the
    society. One hand most of the dramas, programs and advertisements contain material outlook, like-
    exposure of big bungalows, luxurious cars, expensive food and dressing style etc.

    Blochistan
    cultural landscape of Balochistan portrays various ethnic groups. Though people speak different
    languages, there is a similarity in their literature, beliefs, moral order and customs. The cementing
    factor is religion which provides a base for unity and common social order.

    Another adorable feature of Baluchistan culture is faithfulness and sincerity in all relationships. There
    is no place or respect for unfaithful people in prevalent moral order. If fidelity is reciprocated with
    disloyalty or betrayal it is never forgotten.
