1. What is psychology? And how it is related to industrial setting?


-Psychology is study of the mind and behavior. Psychology is a multifaceted
discipline and includes many sub-fields of study such areas as human
development, sports, health, clinical, social behavior and cognitive processes. It is
related by applying psychological theories and principles to workplace, as well as
providing guidance and recommendations to improve individual and organizational
efficiency.

2. What is industrial psychology?


-Industrial Psychology is observing and evaluating human behavior and
interactions in the workplace, as well as providing guidance and recommendations
to improve individual and organizational efficiency, is the profession of applying
psychological theories and concepts to workplace contexts.

3. How the study of industrial psychology help in getting the right man for the job?
- Industrial psychologists can develop ways to make occupations more efficient
and employees more productive for the company's overall good by researching
human behavior at all levels of the organization.
