Here is what I think that will be perfect for

greeting our guests :

1. Greeting

We need to make sure of every information about the guests’s schedule. We’re gonna pick them
up as soon as they arrive at the airport, of course we have waited there for at least 10 minutes. We
will not call taxi, we’ll let them sit in our car. Then, we take them to our office, 10 staffs will stand in
2 rows at the main door and say greetings in the guests’s language, we also need at least one staff
who can speak their language to take them from the lobby to the sitting room and talk with them
even though they may have their own translator. After the meeting, we’ll take them to the hotel we
have booked rooms for every single one for resting, the hotel should be near from the office then it
will be easy to ask them to have meal at restaurant.

2. Having meal
The restaurant need to prepare the meal 10 minutes before our guests come in, we will call the
restaurant when we take the car. The menu should have our traditional food and some kinds of
desserts. The restaurant doesn’t have to be so gorgeous or flashy or luxury but luminous, large and
comfortable. It would be great if we can order a private room in that restaurant. We will let them
rest for minutes before going to other events.

3. Going to others event

After having meal, a symphony will be a great idea. Our guests will come to Hanoi Opera
House and listen to melodious symphonies. That will help them chill and relax after a long flight
and show them that they are every important to us. Then we would take them to Hanoi
Museum, hope they are not bored with art.

4. The farewell party

All the guests should rest at the hotel before coming back the company for taking part in the
farewell party. The party will be held at our company, we will hold it 3 hour before their flight time.
Our cars will pick them up from the hotel. We will have light liquor and just some desserts on the
table. 30 minutes before the flight time, we’re gonna take them to the airport. Some pictures of the
visit and souvenirs will be good gifts.
