BOARD RESOLUTION 2022-01

At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of GABON PORTION-358
ASSOCIATION Inc., known to be as the “COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION” held on
January 5, 2022, during which the required quorum was present and which acted as such
throughout the same, the following resolution was adopted and approved unanimously:

WHEREAS, that, the interim Board of Trustees of the GABON PORTION-

358 ASSOCIATION Inc. held an election of officers and hereby elected the
following:

WHEREAS, that, the Board of Trustees of the GABON PORTION-

358 Inc., acknowledged the need to register the Community Association
Inc., in all Government institutions, such as, Securities and Exchange
Commission (S.E.C.), (Mariveles. LGU), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR),
Barangay Clearance (Barangay Mt. View, Mariveles, Bataan), and the like,
essential to its future Community Association development operations;

WHEREAS, that, the Board of Trustees of the Community

Association, authorized the Adviser of the Community Association,
CHARLES ANDREI U. BAUTISTA, to oversee be the Representative the
registration of the GABON PORTION-358 ASSOCIATION Inc., in all
Government institutions abovementioned;

WHEREAS, that, the Board of Trustees of the Community

Association also acknowledged the need to open a Bank Account in any one
bank near its office location;

WHEREAS, that, the Board of Trustees of the Community

Association which is located at Sampaguita St., Sitio Bakery, Barangay Alas-
asin, Mariveles, Bataan, approved the opening of a Bank Account in Land
Bank of the Philippines at  Ground Floor, AFAB Building, Ave of the
Philippines, Mariveles, Bataan 2106 ;
WHEREAS, that, the Board of Trustees of the Community
Association designated its elected President BAYANI P. DELA CRUZ and
Vice-President CHARLES ANDREI U. BAUTISTA, and elected Treasurer,
GLORIA D. CABANG, and to be the approving officers and shall be the
signatories in all bank transactions pertaining to disbursements and receipts of
funds of the Community Association;

WHEREAS, that, the Board of Trustees of the Association authorized

the Vice-President of the Association CHARLES ANDREI U. BAUTISTA
to oversee the opening of a Bank Account in Land Bank of the Philippines,
Ground Floor, AFAB Building, Ave of the Philippines, Mariveles, Bataan
2106;

RESOLVED, further, that after election of officers have been

exercised, the Board of Trustees of the Association are the following:

RESOLVED, further, that, the Board of Trustees of the Association

after acknowledging the need to register the Association in all Government

RESOLVED, further, that, the Board of Trustees of the Community

Association designated its Vice President CHARLES ANDREI U.
BAUTISTA and elected President BAYANI P. DELA CRUZ and Treasurer,
GLORIA D. CABANG, to be the approving officers and shall be the

RESOLVED, further, that, the Board of Trustees of the Association
