Instructions
Covid-19 has been a true disaster to all the levels; individually, at organizational level, national
level and across the globe. Due to the long pandemic and economic crisis your organization
(or one with which you are familiar) faced a number of challenges and had gone through a
major change. During that particular transition period you were one of the key figures of the
operations.

You are asked to write a factual report (with data) based on the main theories and principles
of Organisation development. Your area of study shall include the following.

1) A comprehensive understanding and study about the Organisation

2) Domestic competencies and achievements
3) Current challenges for expansion in the light of Lewin’s Change Management Model
4) Recommendations; strategy to take the organization to the international arena.

Annex : General Rules

General Rules Governing Assessments

1. The assessment will be evaluated based on accurate explanations which fulfilled the
requirements of the questions and supported by credible points.
2. References in Harvard or APA style must be included and taken from reliable sources such as
books, journals and articles.
3. Plagiarism, copying and cheating will result in your case being referred to the Disciplinary
Committee of the College.
4. The first page of all assignments must be the cover page as made available on the student
portal.
5. Written assignment should be prepared using a word-processing package with font size 12,
font (Times New Roman/ Arial), 1.5 line spacing and page numbering.
6. ALL assignments must be submitted into the designated folder for submission on Google
Classroom UNLESS:-
a. The output of your assignment falls into the following categories
i. Teaching Aid
ii. Portfolio (Physical)
iii. Art Work
iv. Physical Models
v. Posters
vi. Other similar materials
For the above cases the assignment must be submitted to the lecturer as per their
instructions.
7. If an extension on assignment is granted, the approved extension grant number must be stated
on the cover-sheet.
8. Evaluation of the assignment will be as stipulated on table on page 1 of this assessment brief.
9. All written assignments must confirm to the similarity threshold as stipulated on page 1 of this
assessment brief. Assignments that are found to be beyond the stipulated threshold will be
rejected and students will be required to redo it accordingly.
10. Plagiarism and copying is a serious offense and may result in the student being charged with
academic dishonesty.
11. Student must apply for ASSESSMENT EXTENSION with valid reason 3 working days prior to
the deadline stipulated on page 1 and must ensure that assessment extension is granted. The

said form will be made available on the student portal. Should an extension be granted, you are
required to input the grant serial number on assessment cover page.
12. Assignment and internal assessment completion time will be in the assignment, however,
without assignment extension form we will accept your assignment for 15 days with 5%
deduction for each day. After 15 days you shall apply for re-assessment with penalty payment,
where you will be handed with a new assessment question to be complete within 15 days’
period marks of which will be capped at 50%.
13. Ensure that you meet 80% of the ATTENDANCE to complete each module assessment.
Should you fail to meet the required attendance, you will be barred from the examination and
will be required to remodule. Students will NOT be given individual classes outside the set
schedule cover the minimum required attendance.
14. If your assessment involves a QUIZ, this will be treated as a mini exam whereby you will be
required to follow general rules of examination. Should you be absent for the Quiz with an
acceptable reason, you are advised to submit the Absence Form as found in student portal
together with documentary evidence.
15. If your assessment involves PRESENTATION, you will be given a time schedule to attend the
presentation. You are advised to be 10 minutes early for the presentation time, however, if you
are late more than 15 minutes of your allotted time without informing the programme
coordinator you will be required to submit the Re-Presentation as found in the student portal. If
you are not able to attend as allotted, the student must notify the programme coordinator in
writing 1 day prior to the scheduled time slot.
