NARRATIVE 1

Apduhan , Gi-an Mae – 10

When it comes to passing of tasks, she always passes it on time. Teamwork is one of
the most crucial skills that everyone should develop. Collaboration can be defined as a
group of people working together to execute a task or activity. To attain the goal, each
member must complete several tasks.

Tan, Denielle – 10

She did her part very well and is also an active member. We learned how to listen to
their leaders and coaches in order to accomplish our individual tasks when working as a
team. In order to function as a cohesive unit, students learn how to listen to one
another.

Olandra, John Steve- 10

I appreciate the attention to detail in everything he does and is also helpful when it
comes to our daily tasks. Students that are exposed to collaborative situations early in
their educational careers will be more productive and enjoyable as they collaborate with
others in a team-based atmosphere.
NARRATIVE 2

My most memorable experienced in our Physical Education journey is the time

where we are grouped into three groups and created a dance together with the other
members of the team. Also participating in tabata exercise is a memorable experience.
We are empowered to engage in physical activity and understand how it affects our own
and others' well-being.

It encourages others to join in sports, dance, fitness, recreation, and adventurous

pursuits by exhibiting the benefits of an active lifestyle. Physical education skills assist
us enhance our performance, develop our strategy and tactics knowledge, and transfer
knowledge from one setting to another, such as sports and leisure and outdoor
activities. Challenge by choice is a notion that allows for proper learning at a level that
promotes confidence. I have also admired how our instructor encouraged and
influenced us to participate in sports and physical activity in ways that will boost our
enjoyment of them.

Physical education explicitly teaches the knowledge and abilities required for
functioning with and relating to others, as well as providing chances for these talents to
be developed. It promotes the development of leadership and teamwork abilities, as
well as the transfer of information to other areas of study. It accomplishes this, for
example, by assisting students in cooperating in other disciplines, or by assisting
students in leading groups in the classroom and in their life outside of school, such as in
sports clubs or community groups.
