Suggestions: I work here in Mentors Philippines and one of my shares to this

company is the design of the Uniform, I am so much grateful to be part of this
company, because some and almost 90% of the employees are Return Full-time
Missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I think my
suggestion is to make a strict background investigation to the borrowers of the
loans in the company so we make sure that the money and the interest will return
to the company, almost 20-30% of the company lost because of not paying the
interest of the loans, and some of them they did not use the money for the
business.
