GAMBARAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) SERTA

SOCIAL DISTANCING DALAM PENCEGAHAN COVID - 19

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : Jumlah kasus COVID – 19 lebih dari 43.000 kasus di 28

negara, data dapat berubah sesuai kondisi. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul
adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat
(PHBS) serta social distancing. Sedangkan dalam pencegahan COVID – 19 dapat
dilakukan dengan menerapkan PHBS dan social distancing. Tujuan penelitian ini
untuk mengetahui gambaran pencegahan COVID - 19.
Metode : Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sumber yang sesuai
dengan topik, sumber diambil dari jurnal dan artikel baik nasional ataupun
internasional yang kemudian di analisa / Review journal.
Hasil : Didapatkan 14 sumber jurnal dan artikel baik nasional ataupun
internasional. Dari jurnal dan artikel didapatkan bahwa COVID – 19 merupakan
penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernafasan yang mudah menular, manajemen
PHBS serta social distancing dapat mencegah penularan COVID – 19.
Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PHBS serta social
distancing dapat mencegah penularan COVID – 19.

DESCRIPTION OF CLEAN AND HEALTHY LIFE BEHAVIOR (PHBS)

AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IN PREVENTION OF COVID-19

ABSTRACT

Background : Number of COVID – 19 cases more than 43.000 cases in 28

countries, data can change according to conditions. One problem that arises is the
lack of public awareness about clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) and
social distancing. Whereas in the prevention of COVID - 19 can be done by
applying PHBS and social distancing. The purpose of this study was to determine
the description of COVID - 19 prevention.
Methods : The study was conducted by gathering sources that match the
topic, sources were taken from journals and articles both national and
international which were then analyzed/Review journals.
Results : 14 national and international journals and articles sources were
obtained. From journals and articles found that COVID - 19 is a disease that
attacks the respiratory system which is easily transmitted, PHBS management and
social distancing can prevent transmission of COVID - 19.
Conclusion : In this study it can be concluded that PHBS and social distancing
can prevent transmission of COVID - 19.
