1. It is hereby notified that the Recruitment process (Preliminary, Main(Written) and

02)postsreservedforSportsQuota. Thecandidateswhoseregisternumbersaregiven
belowhavebeenprovisionally selected for appointments to the posts mentioned
belowvide CommissionNotificationNo.27/2018dated31.12.2018.
2. These selections subject to the order dated 13.06.2022 in
are
SLA(Civil)No.109620f2021 underwhich "thelastthreeselectedcandidates() shall
be made known that their appointment/s
wouldremainsubjecttotheoutcome"ofthesaidSLP.
3. These selections are subject to the outcome of W.P.No's
15750,15701,15758,15745,15844,15765,1 5753,1 5806,15757 and 3079 of 2022

onthefileoftheHon'bleHighCourtofAndhra PradeshatAmaravathi.
4. The selectees are informed that their selection would be subject to
theoutcomeoftheabovereferredWritPetitions.
5. The selected candidates, as per the direction of the Hon'ble High courtof Andhra
Pradesh shall submit an undertaking to Andhra PradeshPublic Service
Commission that they will not claim anyequities andthat theywill get themselves
impleaded in the said Writ Petitions
iftheyintendedtocontest.Theundertaking(hostedontheCommission's Website)

ofthecandidateshallreachtheCommission'sOfficeonorbefore12.07.2022throughR
egistered Postorinpersonwithoutfail.
6. Thatsuccessintheexaminationconfersnorighttoappointmentunless the appointing
authority is satisfied after such enquiry as maybe considered necessary that the
candidate having regard to his / hercharacter and antecedents are suitable in all

respects for appointmentto theservice,

Commissionreserves the right to take any action as itdeems fit in the

10 The selection of BC-E candidates is subject to the outcome of CivilAppeal No.(a)
2628-2637 of 2010 in SLP.No.7388-97 of 2010 dated:25.03.2010 and orders from
the Government and other cases pendingifany.
