Dear Student,

The Personal Informaion Form (PIF) has been issued to you on the basis of

your online document verification on JoSAA/CSAB-2021 portal, during Online

Institute Reporting and thereafter discrepency pointed out by you through

email in responce of Student Personal Information Sheet sent to you by the

Admission Cell of the Institute.

The PIF is enclosed with this email as attachement. The PIF Form contains 7

pages out of which starting 3 pages are of PIF form and Page No. 4 is

Medical Fitness Certificate format.  Page No. 05 and 06 are of Antiragging

Undertaking (Student and Parents) and Page No. 07 is your admission brief to

be pasted on your Admission File at the time of Physical Reporting.  Page

No. 04 to 07 must be printed separately.

This is important form and this PIF form along with Provisional Admission

Letter (PAL) are required at the time of Physical Verification . The dates &

instructions for physical reporting will be announced later on the Institute

website. Please visit institute website (nitkkr.ac.in) regularly.

You will be issued Student ID Card on the basis of PAL,PIF  and successful

verification of documents during Physical Reporting , therefore please bring

this all the documents at the time of Physical Reporting for issuance of

Student ID Card.

The Student ID card will be issued on by the Academic Section at the  time

of Physical Reporting  on producing Provisional Admission Letter (PAL)

issued by the Institute.

Please find prefilled Personal Information Form (PIF) in respect of your

admission in the institute attached with this email. You are required to

fill unfilled personal data like Name in Hindi, Marks of Physics,Maths,

Chemistry etc in the Admission Form. You are also required to get your, your

parent's signature in the Admission Form whereever required including on the

AntiRagging Undertaking.

Please note the following carefully:-

1) Carry Original Documents or Digi Locker verified documents along with you

at the time of your arrival in the Institute for Physical Verification.

2) Take Printout of Personal Information Form (PIF) attached with this

email.

3) Fill required unfilled entries in the form using Blue point pen.

4) Put Signature of Your, Your Parent's, Guardian's in the Admission Form

whereever required.

5) Attach Self Attested Photocopies in support of your admission as per

Check List of PIF.  Please put Annexure No on the Top Right of each

Document.

6) Carry your Provisional Admission Letter (PAL) sent to you by email as a

proof of your admission in the Institute. Without this document  you will

not be issued Student ID Cards.

7)  You will be issued Admission file by the official staff on duty on the

day of physical reporting.

8) Cut Page No. 07 of PIF and Paste it on the front side of Admission File

on the day  of Physical Reporting. Place PIF along with self attested

documents in the Admission File  as per Check List given on  Page No.-02 of

PIF, Past 3 Photos on the back side of Admission File and handover Admission

File  to the support staff of Academic Section on duty in the Exam Hall-01

(Ground Floor) on the date of Physical Reporting of your

branch/specialization to the Official Staff of Academic Section.

9) The dates for physical reporting (Document Verification) will be

announced shortly and the document verification may be scheduled preferablly

in the month of April-2022/May-2022.

10) You will be issued Student ID Card on producing any valid Photo ID Proof

(Aadhar Card) and Provisional Admission Letter(PAL)  (Sent by Email from the

Office of the Dean (Academic) by the respective dealing assistants).

11) The guidelines for safety precaution in view of prevailing conditions of

Covid-19 pandamic has to be followed by the students during their stay in

the campus.
