Another school year has passed. Another set of completers and graduates will take
the next steps towards the realization of their goals and dreams, which are supported
by their parents, teachers, education partners, and the entire DepEd family.

As every completer and graduate takes the next ladder of learning and opportunities,
our hearts and minds are with them to guide and support them, encourage, and
motivate them to develop and enhance all their talents and skills, abilities, and
competencies, in order to bring out the best in them.

As the kite flies through the help of the wind, we, the DepEd family are
wholeheartedly and passionately ready to help our learners to soar high and reach
their dreams. Because the realization of their dreams also means the attainment of
our mission. The success of our completers and graduates also means the triumph
of our society.

So, in this remarkable day, I extend my congratulations to all of you our dear
graduates and completers for SY 2021-2022. This special day of success reflects the
theme of the End of School Year Rites, “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and
Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity”.

Congratulations dear graduates and completers for this unforgettable day of your
lives. We are one with you in celebrating this joyful occasion. We share the same
happiness in your achievements and successes. We share your hopes and
aspirations in reaching your dreams. Continue to soar high through your resiliency,
dedication, commitment, and faith in God. Salute to all the dedication and efforts of
your teachers, school heads, and non-teaching personnel. Salute to your parents
and learning facilitators.

Let us all share the triumph of education against all odds and COVID-19.
