Supergrad is hiring for one of its portfolio clients, Animall | Operations Associate

Animall is a Sequoia backed startup, building an online platform to empower millions of dairy
farmers, ushering in the next digital white revolution! Their vision is to build efficiencies in the
dairy ecosystem in India using technology, data science, and design. They are building products
and services for the next billion people, who have fundamentally different wants and needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As operations associate, you will be handling day to day operations of a dairy farm
and coordinating with central team to operationalise SOPs
• You will be responsible for managing inventory of all input and output within the
farm
• Managing all purchases, expenses and reconciliation within the farm
• Managing vendor relationships end-to-end
• Welfare and training of LSAs and other farm staff
• Work with LSA/Vets and central team to keep track of cattle health and scorecard
• Manage compliance of all processes within the farm

Eligibility:

• 1-2 year experience in inventory management, vendor management, finance-ops

reporting
• Good to have: Bachelors in Agriculture and interest in dairy farming
• Analytical: ability to work on Google sheet, form, excel

Salary:

• 25k to 35k per month

• Off-role for first 3 months and then will be converted to on-role basis performance
• Accommodation and food to be provided within the farm
